A veteran and mum of two, Jodi launched Enablement Group in 2024 with a mission to remove the overwhelm from business ownership and create a one-stop solution for people-led services. Her passion lies in making a real difference - whether that’s supporting trades and healthcare businesses with compliance and culture, delivering CV workshops in schools, or building long-term partnerships that enable others to thrive.

Tandem is more than just a business to me; it’s an extension of my belief in partnership and collaboration. I work with my clients, not just for them by putting their goals at the front, centre and heart of everything I do. My pastoral approach means I’m invested in my clients’ success as much as they are and I take pride in being an ally in their sustainable growth.
Since January 2024, I’ve helped clients secure over £19 million in revenue and funding. While that figure excites me, it’s the impact on their businesses and my local communities that truly drives me forward. My personal ‘ah ha’ moment came post-pandemic after facing a life-changing and life-affirming illness. It reshaped my outlook, reaffirming not just my resilience but my passion for teamwork. Tandem really is all in the name; there’s no ‘I’ in team and success is always better when shared.

Director of Creative Infusions Music Education (CIME Ltd.), Rhiannon has created a place for creative music education in Hull where there is an openness to all styles of learning and achievement for clients and staff. An expanding community, CIME Ltd has come to fruition after a decade of creative ideas and forward thinking leadership strategies that Rhiannon has observed and feels can best be utilised in Hull. A music tutor at heart, with a love of teaching, Rhiannon is excited by what the future holds for creative music education in Hull.
