I oversee our annual marketing and events programme, working closely with my team to craft compelling content, build meaningful connections, and champion the region through our powerful Bondholder Network.
From spearheading the brand evolution to Future Humber, Bondholders, and Talent+, to embedding our distinctive place narrative across every touchpoint, I’ve helped shape a unified story that inspires belief in what this region can achieve.
Collaboration is at the heart of my leadership. I thrive on building trusted relationships with stakeholders, empowering my team, and pushing what’s possible to create new stories for Humber.

Leanne is a civil liberties lawyer who leads her teams at Hudgell Solicitors by example - as an outstanding leader and role model.
Leanne has been instrumental in our growth, national development and our increasing reputation as a legal firm that ‘fights for our clients’.
As a training principle, her commitment to furthering the careers of more junior members has greatly contributed to our retention and recruitment strategy at our Hull headquarters.
As a mentor, managing our Actions Against the Police, Inquests and Group Actions teams Leanne oversees some of the firm’s most complex legal cases and ensures our high standards of client care are maintained.
Her teams challenge the failings of state bodies and institutions, undertake judicial review claims and represent bereaved families in inquests. Through her teams’ work Hudgells has emerged as a leading law firm in the field of civil rights.

I'm Hannah, Finance Director at Bauer Engineering, mum to a wild and wonderful 5 year old girl, and honestly still pinching myself that I’m a finalist for Manager of the Year. The last few years? Total rollercoaster. But they’ve taught me more than I ever thought possible; about leadership, about flexibility, and about the magic that happens when you’re backed by the right people.
I've worked hard to show what women can achieve in the workplace when they’re supported, heard, and surrounded by a cracking team. I’m hugely proud of the culture we’ve built and the wins we’ve had, both big and small.
When I’m not buried in spreadsheets, you’ll find me lifting weights at the gym or nose deep in a good book. Feeling all the big feelings right now and especially excited for what’s next
