Nick Tyldsley Superfly Marketing
Nick founded Superfly Marketing over 12 years ago from his back bedroom. What started as a small-scale creative venture quickly gained momentum, and within a few months, his brother Charles joined him to help build out the business.
Since then, Superfly has grown into one of the region’s most exciting independent agencies. Now a team of 14, they’ve gained a reputation for bold, trend-led marketing that delivers real results - with a portfolio of award-winning campaigns and an impressive client roster to show for it.
Outside of work, Nick is a trustee for mental health charity, Mind. His commitment to mental wellbeing is reflected in both his leadership and the agency’s values.

Honestly, this one’s not just about me... it’s about the incredible team behind me and the amazing people I’ve had the chance to meet along the way. I’m Richard, proud new dad, CEO, and now (somehow!) a finalist for Entrepreneur of the Year.
This recognition means a lot, but it’s 100% down to the people who’ve supported, inspired, and challenged me to keep pushing forward, even when the juggling act of business and new parent life got seriously real. Balancing it all isn’t always easy, but it’s incredibly worth it.
I’m massively grateful for every lesson, late night, and lightbulb moment that’s brought me here. And more than anything, I’m proud to be surrounded by a team that believes in the vision as much as I do.
